Extra Mile was founded by CEO, Leah Pracher in May 2002 to target the abundant need of casting directors booking non-union background in the New York City Metropolitan area. Leah’s broad film background and extensive casting experience are the foundation on which Extra Mile is built. She received her B.A. in Cinema from Columbia College-Hollywood and gained much of her early experience working in Los Angeles on both studio and independent features.
